child support/taxes

My childs father is not been paying child support I know they will hold it from his taxes when he does them but he also owes the IRS money so who will get it me for child support or the IRS

  • I'm not sure but you asking this makes me wonder also because my ex just went for his court date about initiating child support yesterday. I would like to know as well. *BUMP*
