  • Germs, are in your houses air. Good thing to do on a regular bases is to air out your house. Open all your windows at least once or twice a week. Even in the winter. Fresh air is good air.

  • well in my house when one person gets sick they are "quarantined" they stay in thier room and i bring them their meals and anything else they need. also an airborn virus can travel 3-4 feet with a cough or sneeze so make sure everyone keeps thoer distance. i also dont allow kissing if someone in my house is sick. (i know it sounds horrable but we have a big family and i cant take care of 5 sick kids and a sick hubby when i am sick).....and as a mom im sure you know that even if your sick too your still the one whos expected to take care of everyone.

  • Get more vitamin D from the sun, when you are indoors you aren't getting this essential vitamin which keeps you healthy. Being indoors means your immune system is weaker from lack of vitamin D. You and your children should all take a multivitamin supplement as well. I take one of the best and have been healthy for 5 years now.
