  • There's no set age.. it should be determined by the teen's maturity level and personality.

  • i agree it should be the maturity level.. some 14 year olders are not ready for such a big step while others are

  • I don't think there's a age; I would let them date when I see that they are mature. I don't want to be a grandmother just yet lol his only 2 =}

  • maturity leve for sure, but I am comfortable enough with my 12yr is she had a school boyfriend, at 14 for group dates, and then for by self dating 16yrs old.

  • I feel it is based on Maturity level.. I have a very mature 13 yr.. But also dont want it happening behind my back so I allow group dates at the mall or movie. We have dinner and movie here under my supervision. I also talk to his mother and she agrees parent supersvion at home too..

    Just be involved and make sure you have an open relationship with your teens so they come and talk to you.
