Does anyone else have this problem. No sex life since baby?

  • yip, it's pretty usual since time is a big factor. but if you have a standard early time to put baby to sleep for the night, way before you, relax a little, then things will fall into place. wink

  • same here....we are both always so tired....and even on nights when we talk about getting busy by the time we get to bed he is out cold before i'm even upstairs...

  • If you are breastfeeding, that may have an impact, too. Not only is it exhausting, but it affects your sex drive. I had NO sex drive AT ALL until I stopped BFing.

  • This is a really common problem...nothing to be embarrassed about. It takes at least 1 year for a womans body to return to "normal " after having a baby. Time will heal. Just be patient with yourself and explain to SO that it is hormones and not him.
