Mosquito Bite?

My son got a mosquito bite on his lip. They are really, really bad here. He got a few on his face too. However his lip got really, really swollen from the bite. I've given him some benedryl and some ibuprofen for it. It has gotten better, but I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything else I could do for him. I know if it doesn't improve in a day or 2 then we will see a doctor. It has not stopped him from doing things like eating, etc.

  • If it where anywhere else I would say benadryl cream mixed in the palm of your hand with 1% hydrocortisone cream, but you wouldn't want to put that near of mouth, incase he licked it. So probably oral benadryl is your best bet,
