  • In a cooler with bags of ice under the foods. In insulated food carriers that have cold packs (I have 3 that came with cold & hot packs, for either cold or hot foods).

  • In a cooler with ice.

  • We have an insulated bag so cold foods stay cold with an ice pack and hot foods stay hot wrapped in a towel. The towel is more to protect the bag than any thing else.

  • Only have done this a couple of times and we double up 2 plastic bags from the grocery store, put plenty of ice in it, set bowl or container on that, and then tie the top. Has worked great the few times we have needed to do it.
