Birthday dessert ideas?

My husband isn't a fan of cake. I'm looking for something that is easy and inexpensive to make. As well as special for a birthday.

  • One huge chocolate chip cookie! You can make it out of the pillsbury kind on a pizza pan. Or, mud pie parfait.

  • I have a recipe for this stuff called chocolate delight! Sooo yummy!!! it's got a crust on the bottom, then a layer with cool whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese, then a pudding layer (not made by box directions, it's thicker), and then cool whip on top! A family favorite! If you want the recipe, PM me and I can send it to you! It is awesome and not horribly chocolatey.
What about cheesecake! I also have a great recipe for that that I make out of the BHG cookbook! My husband loves it!!!
