what is a yummy casserole recipe?

I'm tired of making chicken, tacos, steak, pork chops, lasagna, etc.,

What are some good casserole recipes? Thanks!!

  • Shepard's pie:

    cook 1 lb ground beef/lamb drain and set aside.
    sautee 1 cup peas and carrots and 1/2 an onion
    mix veggies in with meat
    Mix in a good 1- 1 1/2 cups of HP sauce(public carries it)
    top with cheddar cheese and mashed potatoes
    bake at 350 until heated through.

  • cheese burger casserole:

    cook 1 pound ground beef w/ 1/2 onion - drain
    Mix in 1/2 can crm much soup 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup
    place meat mixture into a small casserole dish
    top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and canned biscuits
    bake according to biscuit instructions

    This is one the kids love:

    Pizza Macaroni Bake-

    1 package macaroni & cheese dinner mix
    1 pound ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
    1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Cook macaroni & cheese according to package.
    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion & green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
    Transfer macaroni & cheese to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top w/ beef mixture, then pizza sauce, pepporoni & mozzarella cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

  • Preheat oven to 350.
    Cook pasta and drain.
    Mix pasta with a little butter.
    Brown ground beef/Italian sausage and drain.
    saute onions.
    Mix onions, ground meat, and spaghetti sauce together.
    Simmer sauce for 20 minutes.
    Spray 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
    Layer pasta, pepperoni, sauce, and mozzarella, in that order.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly on top.

  • Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole:

    1 pound ground beef
    1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
    3/4 cups water
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 package (8 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 tbs butter, melted
    1/2 tsp dried oregano

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vegetables & 1 1/2 cups cheese. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

    Split each biscuit in half. Arrange biscuits around edge of dish, overlapping slightly. Brush with butter and sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle remaining cheese over meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 got 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

  • Turkey Taco Bake-

    2 cups coarsely crushed corn chips.
    1 can (16 ounces) refried beans.
    2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese, divided.
    1 cup salsa.
    2 cups shredded cooked turkey.
    1 teaspoon taco seasoning.
    1 green onion, sliced.
    1 medium tomato, chopped.

    Place corn chips in greased shallow 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Place the refried beans in a small sauce pan; cook & stir over medium heat until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup cheese and salsa. Spread over the chips.
    In a large bowl, combine the turkey and taco seasoning; sprinkle over bean mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with onion. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomato.

  • Padre Island Shells-

    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
    4 tbsp butter, divided
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups milk
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp minced fresh parsley
    1 1/4 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
    3 1/2 cups medium shell pasta, cooked and drained
    3 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed. OR 1 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
    1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

    In a large sauce pan, saute green pepperand onion in 2 tbsp butter until tender.
    Stir in flour & salt until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir fr 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in tomato and parsley.

    Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup of cheese until melted. Stir in pasta & crab. Transfer to a greased shallow 2 1/2 t baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Melt the remaining butter; toss with
