  • overall weight loss. i think pilates is great for muscle toning and stretching.

  • I agree with pilates, it does help a little for me. I swear if I gain even 5 pounds it all goes to my thighs so I hear ya!!!! Running is the one and only thing that has kept my thighs slim though, I run 20 miles a week and if I even take a week off my thighs get bigger again.
