  • No, not even if I was childless....
    Obviously, if "you" know lying is the way to save their life than obviously they are guilty for what they did and should pay for their poor choice.

  • No. The only way a lie would save someone's life in court would be a pretty horrific murder.

    That is basically what I was going to say. If they committed that serious of a crime, I would have no mercy for them.
