Anyone use spinach lasagna noodles?

I keep looking at them, pick them up and then put them down?
Are they good?
Do they taste any different?
Do you make lasagna with them or do you make something else?

  • I have used spinach rotini pasta and it was very good. It didn't taste heavily of vegetables at all-I was really surprised. It did smell of vegetables but didn't taste of the spinach or veggies.

  • They really don't have a heavy spinach taste, it mainly gives it its color. I put spinach in my lasagna so I wouldn't buy them. I have bought other spinach pasta though and used in many a dish.
