  • I drank it when I was prego and my OB said it was fine. So I'd assume it's safe.

  • Sometimes you just need to have something besides water to drink. I would say it's better than drinking a sugar packed soda.

  • My OB told me that if I was having trouble getting enough water to use crystal light. I adore my OB and think he has pretty good judgement. BUT I think artificial sweeteners are BAD for you wether you are prego or not.

  • Try juice with carbonated water for something different. or iced green tea w/ honey (not pre bottled. that stuff is full of junk. make your own). Have you tried adding lemon, lime, orange, cucumber, kiwi to your water??

  • I avoid any artifical sugars and could live on only drinking water and milk but my midwives were highly against anything that was not natural so never had any crystal light and was always reading ingredient lists to make sure there were no artifical sugars in things
