  • Photo album of my kids from birth on up and my PC modem that has tons of pictures stored. All of our important document are in a fire proof safe, so I wouldn't have to worry about grabbing that.

  • Baby albums. Pictures I can replace because they are backed up online and friends and family have them. Lockbox with birth certificates and marriage certificate.
