  • A lot of people swear that the prenatal vitamins can help your hair and nails grow.

  • yes... and not because of the vitamins. i was never able to down them, i would throw them up every time. it's a hormonal change. your hair can change from curly to straight, your nails can grow longer, your hair can grow faster or slower. it all depends. my nails grew very fast with mine... no prenatals.

  • Yes, the prenatal vitamins help tremendously. There's also a vitamin out (recommended to me by my physician) called "hair, skin, nails", which contains nearly the same formula as prenatals and can help those same things at other times. They work great!

  • Yes I noticed during my first pregnancy that my nails grew so fast!! I wish my hair would have too, but I only noticed that it stopped falling out. I read somewhere that your nails grow quicker than usual during pregnancy 'cos of, erm something to do with the blood circulation :)
