  • I never used one. SIL used one til her kid was potty-trained at 3 years old. Any "cut off" would depend on the style, your baby rolling/wriggling/etc, how safe it is (height, etc), I'd think.

  • I stopped using one once my son started standing. It was hard keeping him still, so we stopped using it for safety reasons

  • I used one until he was about 1 year old after that it was hard to lift and keep him still long enough, didn't want him falling. I used it afterward for all his diapering needs storage until he was potty trained then poof!! it was gone !!!

  • We never used one, but our Peds said once a baby can roll over, they shouldn't be on a changing table... We always just changed them where they were - bed, couch, floor, wherever.

  • When they are so heavy they break table. At my job, we have the type that are platic and fold down off the wall.
