What age will u be when you retire and what is your plan?

My last 4 years before I retire I want to go to nursing school and work with the women having babies
I will be 48 well aleast that's my plans for the future.

  • I have been semi retired since the age of 50. I am a nurse and have a one day a month commitment. I usually work about 5 days a month give or take.

  • I have been at my job for 26 yrs and have about 7 yrs to go cause Im on the new retirement system in the government, When i retire I want to work with victims of domestic violence.

  • Our children are still young, so we have a ways to go before we can comfortably retire (of course, that really depends on the housing market, taxes, and the economy!) ORIGINALLY, my husband had planned on retiring at age 58--which would be in 10 years, when our older son would be finishing high school. And I would follow in suit--for me that would be at least 16 years.

    We have investment properties that we hope we can liquidate to add to our retirement fund, but like I said, it really depends on how the economy shapes up.

  • My plan is around sixty seven..ish. We are contributing heavily to our 401k, but most of our savings will be when I go back to work in five years ( I work part time now). Even after retirement, I will probably work part time. I like it.

  • im not sure about my but my husband will be retierd from the military at almost 40 and plans on working another job

  • I am planning on working for the next 20 years (I'm 51) unless something financially wonderful happens in my life.
