What to feed one year old?

my granddaughter is going from stage 3 baby food to table food. What are some suggestions on what kinds of foods to feed her.

  • I always fed my son whatever we were having as long as it wasn't spicy, he loved grilled chicken breast!

  • My daughter, (my 3rd child), just turned 1, and I feed her anything and everything, as long as it isn't overspiced or greasy. Yogurt, applesauce, bread, cereal bars, bananas, all kinds of stuff.

  • Avocado, baked sweet potato, all veggies, all fruits, whole grains, some meat, some dairy, beans...

  • Anything soft. At 12 months my son ate everything we ate that wasnt super hard :)

  • We started feeding my son whatever we would eat once he hit a year. We would just cut things up very small. He actually really likes spicy foods.
