I am not pregnant... but for some reason I crqave lots of meat.

Can you have cravings for a reason?

  • Sure. Probably your body telling you that you need more protein.

  • You could be anemic and your body is telling you what you need. I would start eating lots of leafy greens and some lean red meat, to boost your iron levels.

  • Yup. I absolutely believe in listening to your body. I've also been craving lots of meat. I agree with PP, try to boost your iron levels.

  • I get the same cravings and I'm borderline anemic. When you crave meat you are probably needing those nutrients.

  • I agree with the other ladies. I had the same issue. I don't eat much meat and have never liked steak. I started craving red meat and found out I was anemic. Listen to your body.
