What is the best for you....

What is the best work out for you, one that you can still watch your toddler? I really need to start losing weight b/c I have gained about 20 lbs since I have had my son. I decided to cut the soda, or atleast down to one a day if I feel i need or want it. Any other suggestions? My son is 19 months now and I just don't feel pretty anymore...

  • I would say running/walking with your toddler.

  • put him in the stroller and go go go!!!
    walk, jog or run or do all three!
    walk to parks or stores.
    pack water and healthy snacks to go!

  • when it comes to food i would find out what your ideal, goal weight is...say it's 150lbs, then you need to be eating 1500, calories or less a day, in order to maintain that weight...if it's 130lbs, then you need to eat 1300 calories or less to stay that weight...also, going for lean meats, or even taking out meats and dairy...dairy tends to have the most fat unless you drink skim milk...use, mozarella cheese instead of cheddar cheese on foods...go for whole wheat breads instead of white bread...snack on nuts instead of chips...drink tons of water!!...good luck!!!
