Any runners out there with insight...

I've been running1.5 daily need to hit it in 15:56 or less by this sat. My legs feel weak to jog the whole time. Will this ever go away? Do you ever reach a point wher jogging feels like walking orisnt a chore?

  • Yes, you just need to work up to it. It will get easier with time. You have 6 days- but that's almost a 10 minute mile-you can not walk that pace. GL

  • I have no idea what you mean by 1.5 or 15:56.
    do you mean you need to run a mile and a half in less than 16 minutes?
