what is it when you have constant headaches and a cracking noise when you turn your head

please help me find out what this is doctors say its nothin but im worried

  • yes, it is time to see a chiropractor!
    you could try drinking extra water in case the headaches might be dehydration related.
    cracking in the neck is not a good sign. it could mean that there are vertebrae that are fixated and then ones above or below are extra mobile. the fixated vertebrae will need to be addressed, and the sooner the better!

  • it woryyin me ive heard some mums get them after birth but i had my 2nd child like 13 months ago its just annoying and worryin any more ideas ppl im only 21 f

  • Sounds like a vertebrae in your neck is out of place (I had the same thing) - try improving your posture and don't sleep with a pillow under your neck.
