  • How far along are you? I was sick through my first trimester and a few weeks into my second. Nothing made me feel better. I just had to force myself to eat food.

  • You need to figure out a way to get protein in there. Can you make a smoothie with yogurt and fruit. Blend it with ice so it's cool and refreshing.

  • Applesauce (the no sugar added kind) is always easy on my tummy when I'm feeling sick. I like wheat crackers too.

  • I know exacly on how you feel. I just went through a month of 24/7 nausea and it drove me nuts. The only things that I could eat and drink was Water, flavored water, V8 Juices, toast, grits, waffles, eggs and any veggie. Everything else made me extremely sick. At times I didn't even eat it got so bad.

Just eat what you can and wait for it to pass by, hopefully soon.
