Any runners out there? Question

Do your legs ever, after time feel good while running, or okay? As in they don't feel weak while running. I'm a newer runner, and I'm wondering how long before, or is it possible that I'll see the day when I can run a mile and a half with more ease, not feeling like my legs are going to crumble?

  • Mine always feel really good after running, even if they're tired. Make sure you're warming up properly and that you've eaten enough before running so you don't get that weak, trembling, low blood sugar weakness. Also, do a proper cooldown by walking a ways and then stretching. Your endurance should build over time.

  • It takes some time. I'm not sure exactly how long, because it varies, but they do get stronger. After a while of running often, my legs will actually feel tight until I run.Running will actually make them feel better. Just take it easy, and work your way up. Don't push yourself past your limit. You'll slowly build your endurance. :)
