Which is better when ttc

I have read that you can't take vitex and soy isoflavens at the same time. I did for 2 or 3 days at the begining of my cycle this month. I am just wondering incase we don't end up pregnant this month (our son is teething so he is nursing more) which is better when ttc? Is one known to help in ttc more than the other? I am still taking folic acid and prenatals as well since I still nursing my 1 yr old. Tia

  • I think taking the folic acid and the prenatals is your best bet!
