  • We have honey baked turkey breast slices with gravy and green bean casserole, a potato dish (variety of them) and at least three other vegetables dishes, since I and a few others do not eat meat.

  • Oh my, that's too much typing! When money allows, we do a traditional Swedish smorgasbord.

  • I love Thanksgiving dinner!! I usually make roasted turkey with sausage stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, corn pudding, pearl onions in cream sauce, cranberry sauce (fresh and canned) and the little soft dinner rolls. YUM. Dessert is generally just apple and pumpkin pie and my grandma's waffle recipe.

Christmas doesn't have a set menu, depends on how many people I'm having and it varies each year, but generally, I like to do a bunch of appetizers on x-mas eve and a ham or roast beef or prime rib on x-mas day, with a variety of sides.
