  • left hand, finger next to your pinky. and traditionally if you have an engagement ring and one wedding band, the wedding bands goes on first, then the engagement ring on top of it

  • You know why??? Becaue wayyyy back when, they knew the vein or artery in that finger runs to the heart, thus the wedding ring finger. long story short and simple

  • Tradition in the US is that it goes on the ring finger of the left hand if it is a heterosexual marriage. Homosexual marriage it goes on the right hand ring finger in the US.

    In Europe, the wear it on the other hand because of the Latin Roots for right and left (Dexter for Right and Sinister for Left).
