what are some of your favorite recipes?

I'm making my menu for the week and I'd love to hear some of your favorite meals, because I'm finding myself in a rut always making the same thing. This week I have lots of chicken, some ground turkey, LOTS of petite sirloin (I got 8 pounds on sale for about $8 total, it was expiring that day, but that's why I have a freezer, I also have a bag of shrimp.) What would you make today?

  • i am going the simple route tonight, so i am sure you don't care to know how to make crescent dogs. lol but you might want to look into picking up the taste of home magazine at the grocery store checkout. i have totally expanded my recipe box with a lot of recipes i have gotten out of them. Good luck!

  • I have a great recipe that was designed for pork chops, but I've tweaked it for chicken. So, just brown your chicken breasts quickly, then add white wine, cream of mushroom soup and some minced onion. Simmer for 45 minutes and serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Yum!
