  • Today I decided to make tostadas(fried tortilla) with yellow rice, refried beans, sour cream, corn, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocados yum! Also can be made as a burrito with flour tortilla instead of the tostada. Some oatmeal cookie ice cream sandwiches for dessert.

  • I am ordering Pizza. I had a meal planned out, but our AC isn't working and the guy just showed up to fix it. It's way to hot to cook today!
