  • I am doing a sorta calorie count, just trying to eat more of what I know is good for me and none of the crap. I am no good at controling what I eat. But if I did one it would be count calories.

  • I do the low carb because I am diabetic, but even if I wasn't I would still do the low carb. All carbs turn to sugar so why eat a lot of carbs if they turn to the dreaded sugar. I say everything in moderation No matter what diet you are on learn the right portions to eat & don't forget to exercise. The weight will come off.

  • Low calorie. Calories are a reflection of carbs, protein, and fat. Therefore, If there are less calories, the probabilty of less carbs/fat is there. But you gotta really read the labels to and see where the calories are coming from.

  • I try to do a little bit of both. I stay away from the breads, and rice, potatoes... I eat meat, veggies, and some fruit (rarely) . Every now and then I reward myself with a small snack. Its tough, but anything worth doing isnt easy. I wished I took after my mom, she weighs around 110, wears a size 6. I never in my life seen her weigh more than 125-130 pounds. So crazy.
