what do you use to spike your childs hair?

my son (5 yrs old) is all of a sudden wanting his hair spikey. He almost had a fit this morning cuz i couldnt get it to stand almost strait up because his hair is a little wavy..he says he doesnt want anyone to know his hair is "little"..hehe. so cute. I tried using styling gel, moose, and hair spray. What should i use? I see kids with mohawks sticking straight up but i think they use egg whites to do that and i don't want to put egg white in my kids hair...anyone know a good styling product to use?

  • Got 2 B Glued...best stuff ever. The Spiking Glue followed by the Holding Spray. His hair will stand straight up and will not move until it is washed. I used it for my son.

  • LOL @ "Big Hair".

Your son and mine sound alike. When he was 3, he refused to wear a pair of overalls because he said he looked "durky". LOL

  • I put gel on it, and comb it up and spray it with. hair spray to keep it up for a while. It looks so cute on the little guys.
