  • i noticed towards the end too. my MIL asked me if i had felt hiccups yet and I was like no. then next thing you know there they were. it's very normal and quite amusing.

  • Yes. My oldest and youngest both had hiccups a lot in the womb, but my middle son has NEVER had hiccups. Not in the womb and never since he has been born. I think it is rather odd, that he has never had them, but there isn't much to do about it.

  • Yes. As long as you're feeling movement, that's fine. He may have had them while you were sleeping or something. :)

  • Yep, some babies don't seem to get them or at least get them at a noticeable "level."

I don't recall ever feeling my first son get them and he is a healthy happy 3½ yr old now. He was 5½ weeks early though so maybe I would have felt them if I would have lasted longer, but maybe not. I did see him have them during his 18week ultrasound but I couldn't feel it.

This time I am 24w3d and I don't think I have felt them, I feel a lot of things but can't say I would describe them as a fit of hiccups. lol
