  • have a few of her friends over and have cake, pizza or something she likes. Play games, watch a few short movies they would all like or have a swimming party since it's summer. Do fun things that doesn't cost much at all. Finger paint, make play dough, or just big sheets of paper for them to draw on.

  • make the cake yourself, go to the dollar tree and get any decorations you want to use, lots of balloons and streamers . on the cake you can use small toys that your daughter already has (just clean them first)
think of a theme, and maybe get a movie to go along with that, invite a couple of her friends or just family.

take lots of pictures and have fun

  • have the party at a park and you won't even need to decorate- maybe only a few streamers on a picnic table and some trees.. Also, a lot of places are doing $5 pizzas- it is easy to feed a bunch of kids on the cheap this way.

  • Balloons and streamers are super cheap and can look cute when lots are done. Have adult guest bring food and you do the cake.
