Will my meat be good tomorrow?

I took out a piece of meat and left it on the counter to defrost but now we are not going to eat it. is it okay to put it in the fridge and eat it tomorrow or do we just throw it away now?

  • It will be fine... you'd be able to smell it if it were bad.

Although in general it's best to defrost meat in the fridge rather than on the counter.

  • Should be alright if it wasn't left out for more than 4 hours. Good luck.

  • As long as the color is ok, and there's no weird smell, it should be ok.
