  • It's her body. It is her decision to make in the end. He can ask her not to, but it is her decision.

  • his option was to use a condom.

he's not the one that has to carry the fetus, he doesn't have to give birth.

  • ummm, that's a tough one. Why climb on top of him if she didn't want to have a kid. Why not have the baby and let him raise her if that's what he wants. Chances are they won't end up together anyway if he wants the kid and she kills it... more information is needed for an answer this strong, if it wasn't rape take the responsibility, or at least let someone else take responsibility where she lacks. In this case it would be the father, how bad can that be?

  • Yes but I wonder if the man was your child and the child would be your grandchild how we would all answer this question?

  • I would answer the same way. It's still the woman's body, not the man's.

  • my answer would not change. Until they find a way to let the man carry the fetus and give birth, it's the woman's choice.

  • None..

Since I have a grown son. I can still say...None...

If a man has the legal right to have a say & possibly prevent an abortion. That also opens the door for a man to have the legal right to have a say & possiby push for an abortion as well.. If a man has the legal right to prevent one. It opens the door for a man to have the legal right to insist upon one as well.
