What is your favorite type of cheese?

I was fortunate enough to work in my states only five star/five diamond restaurant when I was younger for a couple years and I got to taste and experience all kinds of different foods and cheeses. my fave cheese would still have to be brie, although it's not that odd or rare anymore. I also LOVE a well made smoked gouda, but I have not found any in the store that compares to what I used to eat at the restaurant!

  • I am also a big Bleu cheese fan but that is more of an accompany cheese, I don't eat it alone but I love it with or on other things. Bleu cheese is awesome melted over anything blackened, for example!

  • That's typically how I like Bleu cheese as well, but since I've been pregnant, I make sure to have a container of it in the fridge because I crave it alone. lol

  • Queso fresco. I don't really care for it on food but its great with some crackers.
