leg cramps!

How can I get rid of them?! Seriously they hurt sooo bad and I wake up with one every morning.

  • Eat bananas and other foods with potassium in it. I ate 2 bananas a day while pregnant because of the leg cramps. Once I started eating them, I never had another leg cramp throughout my entire pregnancy. And I continued the habit (although only having 1 a day now) and I can't even remember the last time I had a leg cramp.

  • you can try walking a little more i remember when i was pregnant with my first i had to be in bed rest so it was horrible i woudl always get some horrible cramps with my second son i was more active and i didnt get a cramp at all. the bananas also work
