  • I think it was a hoot, excatly how I just tell people off sometimes, I think the world would be better off if people cut loose and said excatly what they were thinking/feeling I do it all the time,

  • I think it's hilarious.

  • This isn't an issue of good guy or bad guy. It's about a guy who got stressed out and fed up at work. Who knows, maybe he had a lot going on in his personal life too. We all work so hard these days and have so many responsibilities that I'm surprised we don't see more stories like this one.

  • I don't think he is a bad guy but I don't think that he handled things the right way. Hell if someone hit me with their bag for telling them they needed to sit down because they weren't supposed to get up yet I might have freaked out to (not to that point though.) I think he definately took it way to far.

  • He's a good guy, a NORMAL guy for finally doing what I am sure MANY WISH they could do - Telling a smart ass passenger off. Even those on the flight take HIS side.

  • I think he is probably a good guy. Just someone pushed to the brink. His dad recently died and his mom is dying. He puts up with stupid idiots every day in his line of work. When he got clocked with that bag I'm sure he just blew it. There was a different way he could have dealt with it but he was obviously not thinking that clearly at the time.

  • His dad died a decade ago-

He is just a normal, working guy who lost it at work, nothing more, nothing less.
