IDK what to make for dinner?

I don't feel like cooking LOL We had fresh fruit and sandwhiches for lunch. What to make now for dinner? It's just the babies and I.

  • Reservations!!!! No just kidding, how about scrambled eggs & toast or cheese omelets! that's easy & nutritious.

  • I roasted chicken earlier for chicken salad. I put it together with some mayo thinned with chicken broth, toasted pecans, halved red grapes, finely diced onion and celery. It's in the frige mingling until dinner time. I am going to toss a salad together then: spinach, finely sliced red onions, strawberries, candied walnuts (I made them last night) and raspberry poppyseed dressing. Cool food for crazy humid, hot weather.

  • I don't know either. I hate to cook when I get home from work anyway and today it's just too hot to even think about it.
