  • I was a youth director for high school kids for several years, and I also raised a teenaged daughter (She's 20 now). You would be surprised at how fun "kiddie" games are for older kids.... For my daughter's 15th birthday, I had them play Island Bowling (which was just plastic pins and plastic balls), pin the wrench on Bob the Builder, and karaoke. The 15 and 16 year olds had a blast! Plus, I bought her a toilet seat, the biggest silky panties I could find, plastic fish, etc was soooo funny making her open this stuff up in front of her friends! :)

One day for a youth group activity, I had the youth create collages all about them by having them bring photos of them and their families and cutting out pictures from various magazines, etc. They colored pictures and answered questions that were pre-printed on the poster sheets....and then they presented them to everyone else...THEY LOVED IT!

  • You could make small individual sized pizzas and let them put their toppings on; my 14 year old and my 3 year olds all enjoy doing that. I'd probably plan some sort of craft like making bracelets and let them watch a movie. They might enjoy playing a board game or twister.

  • There are Charades, story telling, making ice cream sundaes with their own favorite toppings, dancing and or listening to music, musical chairs with favorite music, pin the ribbon on the poster and they have to get the ribbon on the right spot with the blind fold on similar to pin the tail on the donkey but another creative form of it.
