Anyone know a kid friendly book on how to explain mild autism?

My son has very mild autism and I would like a book that he can understand on how to explain what it is.

I used to send this one to school with my son for his teachers to read, but they are coming out with a new edition with a CD in January. Here is that link

  • What age group?

There's a good book by Kari Dunn Buron called "When My Autism Gets Too Big! A Relaxation Book for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders" (Autism Asperger Publishing, 2004), which is aimed at ages 4-8. It's primarily about ways to handle stress, but may also be a good way to explain your son's autism to him by explaining his symptoms in a way he can relate to.
