Shooting stars!

Tonight at about 3 AM EST, you will be able to see the Perseid meteor shower which are seen as shooting stars. Get away from any major 'light pollution' which is easy here in Alabama. I can drive 6 miles in any direction, and I will find myself in complete darkness. This is an impressive sight, some are so bright that even in a city, you will see them. They are also not just white, they come in different colors depending on the gases they are passing through.

  • They are going over the United Kingdom right now, so you could probably pull some up online.
