  • Well, with my son (he is 10) here are some of the things we do together, we bake together, we cook meals together, we have water balloon fights & nerf gun wars, we play Wii together and lots of Board Games. We also just veg out and watch TV together!

  • Have a nailpolish party when the little one is napping - if she is allowed to wear that.

Bake cookies and decorate w/ girly colored sprinkles.

Watch a girly movie (like legally blond or high school musical)

Have her help prepare a picnic in the back yard.

  • get badmitten games paddles, and a birdie, ..... you want to get outside too!! Leave the 8 mo. in the playpen, carseat, in a onesie, and let her sleep.

Push the stroller together , and let her take turns with you. Take her to the nearest Mc D's for a french fry - and a milkshake.
or the 99c menu. That is not bad food. ! !

Go to the mall, the library, just have the baby as a part of the plan, get the 11 yr. old a book, and her own library card, and let her get some time on the bookmobile when it comes to your area. Now she'll have a card and something to think ahead for.

  • She might also like to make stuff w/ Salt dough.

Desolve 1 cup salt in 1 cup water and incorporate into 4 cups flour.
Kneed it well and shape as you would play dough and bake @ 200 degrees till light brown. (time depends on how big a piece of art you are making. (remember if you want to hang the piece you need to make holes in it before you bake it. )

This is NOT edible!!! But fun :) You can get ideas by googeling salt dough and choose images - have fun!
