How do I make homemade mouthwash with my own mint leaves and hydrogen peroxide?

Just need a method and ingredient proportions.

  • bruise a handful of mint leaves and cover with about 2 cups peroxide....i'd say let it steep about an hour or so. Drain and put in a sterile bottle with a lid.
