Not Recieving E-mail Alerts

For the past two days, I haven't been getting my e-mail alerts from CM about new messages or my daily digest. None of my e-mail settings have changed. So I contacted CM about the issue. All they did was verify my e-mail address and tell me to contact them if the problem continues. Have you been getting your alerts? I've never had this problem happen before.

  • All CM addresses are on my safe senders list.

  • As I told DarkFaery131, all CM e-mails are on my safe list, so they never go into the SPAM folder. This just started happened two days ago.

  • You need to click the contact us button at the bottom of the page. This happens when an error occurs in the cm database that says your address isn't working,

    They'll fix it in like two minutes.
