  • maybe you're not eating enough calories. I know that's why a lot of diet plans want you to get a certain amount of calories a day because you're body will go into fat saving mode.

  • Your body is in starvation mode. Google BMR. It will calculate how many calories you should be eating based upon your activity level. If you don't eat enough calories, your body will store everything you eat rather than lose weight

  • Maybe you need to switch your workout intensity. You may need to bump it up a bit. And eat more lean protein. Are you drinking enough water? Do eat lean protein like chicken and fish? What about your vegetable intake?

  • agree- your body is in starvation mode.
you will have to actually eat MORE before you start losing.
    research it for specifics.

  • because you need to exercise to burn the calories. and you need to eat to make your matabolisum speed up. and in order to to really loose weight you need to exercise for at least 30mins. your heart rate has to be up for 20 mins. the first 20 mins burns calories but the calories that you just put in your body anything over 20 mins burns stored fat. also if you lost weight after about 10 lbs your body platues and you have to work harder at it because it slows down by like 3% every 10lbs. good luck im in the same boat but have no drive to work harder!

  • if you're not eating enough calories, you metabolism will slow itself WAY down in order to protect itself from starving.

Also, if you are not drinking 8 glasses a water a day, you will also have a harder time losing weight. Are you counting your calories right too? It's very easy to mess up your calorie intake.

  • How much do you weigh & how tall are you? It's easy to figure out how many calories you SHOULD be eating in order to lose weight.
