Question about WTC

At 17:20 PM on 9/11 building number 7 collapsed which is located 300 feet from WTC even though it wasn't hit by any plane. I was reading the official 2004 report written by the 9/11 commission and there is no word about this building and the reason why it collapsed. According to the news at that time this was a CIA office and also in this building were housed the archives of Marvin Bush, the little brother, who denied the inspection of the twin towers using dogs that are trained to find explosives for 3 whole weeks before 9/11.
Why isn't anyone talking about this building in the media or in the report?
