what do you think is too old to be a mom again?

do you think that mother nature should determine it or do you think that ai is fine even if you're 60+? at what age would you frown on a woman getting pregnant and being a mother?

  • My mom had me when she was 40 and my sister when she was 43. My mom is AWESOME! Granted, she's in her 70's while I'm in my 30's and my sis is in her late 20's but so what? I think it's wrong to have children at an age when you could potentially die before they reach adulthood. (Speaking age-wise, not accidental or sudden unexplained kind of deaths.)

  • I think a woman should have children as long as she wants to. If you are like us and you trust God with your fertility then you believe he will send menopause when it's time for you to be done or he will quit allowing you to get pregnant. One way or another, he will let you know. As long as you can do it health wise and financially then I say go for it.

  • I agree with happy2bemom25 :) I think God knows what he is doing and if you hit menopause there is a reason, its over. Sorry. My only exception would be if a younger woman had health issues that threw her into an early menopause and they were trying to correct it.
