Trying to lose weight!!!!!

What has work for you in the past? I just want to get rid of my belly fat. Can't get rid of my baby fat ={ what has work for you in the past?

  • Stick to a healthy diet...lots of veggies and fruits. Lots of water and exercise. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. It's the only way to take weight off and keep it off. It's a lifestyle change.

  • a no carb diet (no refined carbs) - eating only things like turkey, chicken, mozz cheese, steak, salad, fruit, egg whites.
    no pasta bread chips cookies, etc.
    lots of cardio, & ab exercises
    mega-t green tea pills (get them at CVS)

  • dont remove all carbs though keep the good carbs, they make a great pasta by dreamsfield it is only 5 grams of carbs per serving vs normal 40 and its great tastes normal and is good, a good diet to follow is a diabetic diet, i lost 30 lbs after my first baby by continuing my gest. diet meal plan now pregnant again still following it only gained 2lbs since pregnant im 25 weeks :) good luck

  • you can't spot reduce.
    your body decides where to put it and take it off.

    eat clean.
    don't eat anything processed.

    find out your BMR (there are calculators online)
    figure out how many calories you need to lose weight.
    track every single thing that enters your mouth.

    drink lots of water.
    work out. you can start small, but you really want a good mix of cardio and strength.

    check out couch to 5k.

    you need AT LEAST 50 grams of carbs a day.
    get them from veggies (not starchy ones) and a slice or two of 100% whole wheat bread.
