WHY DOES MY PELVIC BONE FEEL LIKE ITS STRETCHING??

IS IT?? DOES THAT MEAN THAT MY CERVIX IS OPENING?? IM 20 WEEKS PREGGO WITH TWINS.

  • There is a hormone called relaxin that helps widen the pelvis by relaxing ligaments. It also softens the cervix but it doesn't mean the cervix is opening like in labor. This is normal.

  • Yep, it is! It doesn't mean you're going into labor. I remember feeling that early on. Pain RIGHT THERE across my pubis when I stood up or walked. Felt like I was going to fall apart! When your preggers, everything just gets a little softer and looser. Don't worry!
