what is the best water pill?

for the past few days i have been waken up and my hands are swollen not to bad to go to the doctors but it is weriod. so i think i need a water pill but i am not sure what to get please help

  • First, try eating less salt and foods that contain sodium. Also, cantaloupe and celery, as well as some other foods, are naturat diuretics, so I would try all that before taking a water pill. All those have side effects, some of which can be pretty serious. We naturally retain more fluids in hot weather, anyway, so depending on where you are, that could be a part of the problem. Also, where you are in your menstrual cycle and how close you are to menopause all factor in.

  • Taking diuretics can be dangerous. It's much better to have swollen hands.
